First a little bit about us. Stowmarket Fencing Club is an organisation based in Suffolk, England. We have have been running since April 1998 and have been well supported by good coaching and enthusiastic members.

Our Head Coach is Mr Steven Morley, a patient teacher that is willing to help you with any fencing problem you might have, whether it be advice on kit or a one-to-one lesson to correct something. He has been involved in fencing for many years and has been an invaluable asset to the club.

Our Assistant Coach is Mr Stuart Clough. He is a qualified Foil & Sabre coach from the British Academy of Fencing. This is backed up by years of fencing experience.

Our Junior Coach is Mrs Elaine Sayer who is a qualified Foil Coach from the British Academy of Fencing. She has been fencing with the club for several years prior to qualifying as a coach.

All of our coaches have Enhanced CRB Clearance, have attended Safeguarding & Protecting Children courses, are First-Aid qualified and are registered with the National Governing Body, the British Fencing Association and the Home Country Body, England Fencing.
